Key Responsibilities
- Source and build a healthy pipeline of leads.
- Identify, build relationships with potential clients/prospects.
- Setting up meetings with clients/prospects and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Demonstrating/presenting company products, features and benefits knowledge to clients/prospects.
- Keep records of working process and sales and note useful information.
- Keep abreast of the market and industry situation along with competitor activity as part of feedback and learning.
- Work closely with the Sales manager/ team leader to execute strategies and initiatives on sales targets.
- Update news regarding financial knowledge and market information.
- Hustle, have fun, and get creative! High persistence, initiative, good problem-solving ability.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment/retention process and advice/make modifications as necessary with the collaboration of the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Maximize sales performance and ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Coach / Mentor / Provide feedback to team.
- Define and implement sales strategy for the sales team, oversee the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
- Finding and developing new markets to improve sales.
- Generate leads and proactive sales by executing against your promotional and networking events and activities.
- Update market trends and monitor competitor activity and report to Sales Manager.
- Ensure customers have easy access to our products support and services.

Job Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 2 years and above experience in sales with basic knowledge in finance, real estate, insurance or stock market.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year experience with people management and leading high performing sales teams, with an exemplary track record. Experience in successfully running business teams for high growth start-ups will also be considered.
- Demonstrable sales planning based thinking ability with excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and presentation skills is a must.
- Committed and highly collaborative leader who can coach / mentor their sales team while establishing a healthy working culture based on the 4H.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to focus on the overall sales planning roadmap, pipeline management and high velocity sales to close multiple customer deals while ensuring client success.
- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start-up VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
